We are good at what we do and we pay a lot of attention on surface preparation. We have been in the business for long enough and have experience when it comes to surface preparation. Every inch on the surfaces we work on in our projects is prepared carefully. One of the slogans we use at Patel & Company is “every square inch counts for good or bad”. Most of the mistakes occur when surfaces like walls are not adequately prepared or when corners, hidden spot and missing borders are not considered. If a professional is working on the project, the cuts are near perfect, there is no dripping, and brush hairs are not left on walls, no debris, and no differences in thickness. The professional will also ensure the texture and color is uniform. The lines should have the same orientation and there should be no overcoat. This goes to show you that what seems so simple to begin with is actually a complicated process when quality is the main focus.
