Our Shotcreate/Guniting team utilise a leveing screed dots onto the prepared exposed Surfaces, followed by installation of BRC or G.I. wire mesh onto its surface. Guniting work is then done to the above prepared surface enabling to achieve levelled surface & thickness, which is not possible by direct Guniting. Guniting is a particularly useful & effective method for repairing R.C.C. columns and beams which have cracked or where reinforcement has deteriorated. Formwork is not usually necessary, and even intricate shapes can be successfully constructed.
